It was easy to access, clean for the price and close to the NEC where I was attending an event.

Really comfy bed. Had a great nights sleep

Although Breakfast was included, we were told on arrival that the breakfast room was available to use and that when we went for breakfast there would be cereal and milk and to help our selves. The hotel room was cold and the bathroom was the smallest ever that I have seen. the Hotel could do with a bit of TCL and told to get rid of the Joss sticks that make it smell. I would not give hotel even a 1 star.

Great value for what you pay for and was pleasantly surprised to see a slightly upgraded room (had own shower/toilet), perfect for what I needed it for, which was just a night before a flight from BHX. As long as you don't go in with expectations of a pristine hotel, you can't knock it.

Breakfast is very basic, which was expected, could have had fruit available unless I just didn't see it. Not quite sure how secure the door to the room was either as has been forcibly kicked in at some point and quickly repaired, both minimal issues really

Excellent location, close to many services (airport, NEC, supermarket), friendly and welcoming staff, they allowed us to check in early

The cleanliness could be improved a little.

Hoest was very pleasant and helpful . Liked you could heat food in the kitchen microwave and crockery was available. If you wanted breakfast it was self service I didn't eat there you will see why later. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was clean and pillows were good quality. Dogs are welcome at £5 per dog per night .

the shower room has to be seen to be believed..see photos. You would not want to walk on the carpet with bear feet it's supposed to be blue, see photo. One bedside lamp was not in use so they have bolted a bulk head lamp to the wall and windows are from the 70's see photos. No chair to sit on , in the kitchen I could not believe how many things could be plugged into one double socket several double plugs full. The egg cooker was disgusting. Although the booking came with breakfast I did not feel comfortable eating there. The whole place is tired and needs money spending to bring it up to some sort of standard. It's a shame because the person running it was lovely.

Self check in availability was easy with clear instructions. Nice and close to the airport ordered an uber was about £9 to drop me at the train station to save on airport fees. Bed and pillows very comfortable and very clean. Very little disturbance noted from other guests in the property.

Dated rooms and bathrooms but everything functioning and does the job nicely. Paid for a bed near the airport and it did exactly what I needed.
