Excellent. Great location. Comfy pillows 😴

Nothing I liked it all.

Easy location for the NEC, staff really friendly and accommodating.

The place was old but that's fine, it was in need of a good deep clean though. Especially in the breakfast area, we couldn't find a clean mug unfortunately so ended up not having breakfast.

Very homely. Owner was lovely.

Booking.com was the only thing about this whole booking process which made any sense.

Lack of staff, check in process was the first and last time we saw anyone. Mouldy food in the fridge which had a terrible smell, milk was in date once but even it can't remember when. The lock on our garden hut would have blown open with a strong gust of wind, absolutely zero security. The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor properly, there was an electric cable hanging in the shower. HOWEVER the prize goes to the bed, 5 slats with NAILS STICKING OUT, thought it was a nightmare and I was trapped in trunchble's chokey, all of this happening underneath a mattress which would have taken top spot featuring in world's most dangerous prisons. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

room was cute , breakfast was top notch, bed was so soft and comfy my daughter also enjoyed her bed . And hitting was superb!

Still thinking . Can't find anything otherwise to say. We wish to return when next we travel to England by God's grace. Thank you.
