On The River

The size of our unit was great, we enjoyed the views of the river, the shower, the overall comfort and the location with an easy drive into town or access to the highway.

It wasn't as clean as we expected with dozens of 'dust-bunnies' on the carpet in the bedroom - the room was vacuumed, so perhaps wasn't working as it should have. Also, it was pretty noisy as the house is right on a busy road, so lots of road traffic noise and we could hear the family next door - which means they could hear us I'm sure - so walls are thin and there is a door that leads from our unit to there's, so we could hear people walking and talking as they passed by. The landscape is beautiful, but not maintained - as is the case for the pathway down to the river - it's nearly impossible (for older people), to walk down to the river with all the overgrowth and erosion.

Fantastic views over river and gardens, plenty of space for family of 8 to stretch out, great aircon, easy distance to local cafes and into Hamilton.

Highway noise woke us up at night, dishwasher wasnt working

The view and access to the bay were exceptional. The house layout, size, preparedness and cleanliness of the rooms was marvellous. The gardens are idyllic.

The noise of the road means you really only use the river side of the house. Not being able to walk anywhere (except to the river bay) because of the highway.

The scenic view of the river. Our members all live along, and in the vicinity of the Whanganui Awa (River)felt very homely.

We enjoyed everything about the house and it's exterior surroundings. No complaints.

Privacy and fab views

Great property for a sports team travelling to Karapiro / Cambridge Good Ubers as so close to the airport !
