On The River

Location, beautiful view, and lots of space if you're a big group.

Road noise all the time, very hard to sleep. Stove takes forever to work, dishwasher is too small and doesn't work well - we had to wash dishes by hand and the large basin was not practical. No bbq. Outside furniture was not comfy. I would be less critical if it was not so expensive. If I paid half the price, I can overlook these things.

magical location on the banks of the fast flowing Waikato River - abundant bird life, gorgeous gardens, private jetty access, spacious light filled house, next time we shall stay much longer

traffic noise from busy road adjacent to property & very patchy internet coverage

large, three bathrooms lovely gardens & stunning being on the river

stunning view from the bedroom over the river with floor to ceiling glass and balcony that let fresh air flush the space.

supplies a little mean in the kitchen only 2 of each tea bag and of the 4 mugs one was broken.
