On The River

Excellent location right on the river with amazing views from deck . Excellent facilities . Sabine was so helpful both at checking in but also in helping return an important document that I accidentally left behind. Thank you Sabine for your help.

I think the door off the kitchen area leading onto the deck needs some urgent repairs. It was extremely hard to open and close which lessened the desire to go outside.

I was another attached apartment and a lot of noise came from there

Fantastic location near the airport and on the river. it was just a quick drive to Hamilton Gardens to our conference.

This property is right on the Airport road so there was a bit of road noise in the bedrooms but it wasn't too bad.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped

Didn't realise how noisy the main road is, or how close to the house

breakfasts were great , the property was a long way out of town and actually very noisy, so close to rumbling trucks

the toilet could of been cleaner,

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the stunning views up and down the river, the comfortable beds, and the fact it felt like a home away from home. The location was just right veing right in the heart of all the major attractions of the Waikato region. The hospitality and flexibility given to us by Sabine was very welcome. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
