Kay is amazing. Very diligent and asking how we were and if we needed any extra things. Even down to if we needed our mugs washed out. Breakfast was out of this world. We had a full cornish, which was excellent. You also have a choice of cereal and fresh fruit. Different juices. Would highly recommend

The property is in a beautiful setting and convenient to reach from the main road. The host was very friendly, welcoming and informative. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean as was the en-suite shower room. It was very quiet and we slept well. There is lots of parking and a beautiful lake to sit by or walk around. Breakfast was flexible and plentiful with cold and hot options. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Breakfast was casual and continental breakfast food available . Nice beaches and quiet locations perfect for a getaway

Farm location, nice garden & view, good rooms (with independent access) and breakfast room, lovely host, good choice & quality of breakfast.

Just a few very minor items like loose loo seat, loose shower pole.

The lady running the place was lovely. She asked about our plans and helped us out, with a tasty breakfast to order each morning. Facilities were excellent and clean, and location is good with shops only a short drive away. The farm itself is beautiful with the lake and plenty of walks nearby. Would definitely stay again!
