"Lovely, quiet and enjoyable stay in Cornwall."

Breakfast was lovely. Large portions and lots of choice. Nice bedroom and very comfortable bed but the room was a little noisy from the room upstairs (creaking floorboards). Surroundings were quiet and the lakes were very picturesque and a nice surprise to be able to walk around them with our dog. Excellent location and would not hesitate to return.

The owner Kay was a delight, as was her mother. Both very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with some of the best coffee I have had.
