the amazing lakes and gardens

nothing really all was good - rooms we were in were quite basic but clean and comfortable- but I’m fussy :)

Breakfast was excellent, always ready on time for us and served on nice hot plates. Fruit, cereal and juice ready as well. Room was spacious, clean and warm with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided.

We don't have sat nav so initially had minor difficulty finding the farm. Could possibly benefit from having a sign on the main road. Finding local places to eat is a bit of a challenge but the farm does offer an evening meal if you pre book, may be advisable to do this if you need to. We didn't do that but would assume it would be good based on the breakfast.

The location is in a nice environment, well-maintained, quiet.

Middle of nowhere which was lovely for me, only stayed 2 nights while I was working in the area. Very quiet and dark surroundings (I'm used to being in the city)

The creaking of the floor upstairs was very loud and the guest were walking around alot.

As most other reviews everything was absolutely fantastic, were not cooked breakfast people but for those 3days the full Cornish was to die for, Great walks around the lakes, next time I’ll take my rods, And as for our host she was nothing but perfect, Cannot wait to return, thanks
