Stayed for 1 night before visiting Colca canyon and 1 night afterwards. 2 different experiences. Both nights good room,clean,quiet comfortable. Hot water. First stay staff helpful and available.

2nd stay.... we could not leave the building as the front dooor is locked,has to be opened by staff. No staff. We shouted, messaged the hotel , shouted again. In the end we rang the emergency bell and a man appeared .
