"Peaceful nature getaway - a real gem!"

The room was large, modern and clean with a beautiful balcony and gorgeous countryside views, exactly as per the pictures. The highlight for us was watching the birds on the feeders - such a delight. We were even greeted by a wood pecker! The room was booked as a base to enjoy a few days exploring Dorset, but our stay here added to our holiday - we actually looked forward to going back each day. Super relaxing and quiet, powerful shower and the most comfortable bed. Nicky the host provided a great cooked breakfast each day, and also with lovely continental options. Thoroughly recommend for a peaceful nature getaway!

"Fabulous couple of days."

Waterfield House is in a beautiful location. It was extremely comfortable, exceptionally hosted and to have breakfast delivered to our door and able to sit and enjoy on the balcony was a real treat in October. Great stay, highly recommended.

"Phenomenal place to stay"

It was one of the most beautiful and lovely places we’ve ever stayed. Nikki was a fantastic host going above and beyond to accommodate our needs regarding check in and dietary requirements. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Super comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

"Great place, great stay"

Friendly host,clean and comfortable room,and great breakfast and attractive location. Well placed to visit Dorset,we particularly enjoyed watching the birds feeding and the lovely view of the river whilst eating our breakfast.Good off street parking.
