"A perfectly relaxing stopover."

Very clean and well presented, in a lovely tranquil setting, with the birds and the river as a suitable soundtrack. Owner Nicky was very welcoming and helpful, and prepares a lovely breakfast.

"This is the place to stay!"

Nicky and Frasier are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the main house in a beautiful en suite with a balcony overlooking stunningly beautiful scenery including a stream and meadows. Our breakfast was excellent, and we had a private table with a great view as well. If you are looking for a great escape from the city, or traveling England in Dorset, this is the place to stay!

"Fantastic break, the first of many at this lovely home."

The setting of this beautiful house is outstanding with a beautiful stream running feet away, after trying to find the right place for our regular visits to the area, I think we have finally found it!

Everything was faultless from the room and location to the wonderful host for whom nothing was too much trouble, cannot wait to return.

This was our second visit to Waterfield Hse. It’s a lovely B&B. Very quiet, private location with beautiful outlook. Excellent breakfast, quality ingredients and consistently cooked to a high standard. Everything you need in the room for a comfortable stay. 5 min drive from Dorchester.

"Lovely restful stay."

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at Waterfield House. Nikki greeted us on our arrival and was very accommodating during our stay.Its is a lovely place to stay with all the birds right outside our balcony.Very quiet and peaceful.The lovely touch was our cooked breakfast being brought to our room.Will most certainly be returning. Thank you Nikki .
