Good location, clean, comfy, value for money.

I’m a light sleeper and since we were in the basement room, I could hear many sounds from above - footsteps, flowing water in bathrooms.. that affected my sleep.

From the start David was communicative about check in. Welcoming when we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean. Fabulous view. Great parking. Breakfast delivered to our room for us to eat on our balcony. Good WiFi Plenty of hot water. Highly recommended!

The location was great with an amazing view. David our host was very friendly and considerate. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast bought to our room was delicious.

We could not find anything we disliked.

"Lovely base for exploring Queenstown"

Very nice base for exploring Queenstown! David was very friendly and the breakfast was simple but absolutely sufficient for what we needed. All clean and comfortable with great views and a ten minute (hilly!) walk to Queenstown itself.
