The breakfast, made & served by Graham, was exceptional - great service from a very kind host in the dining room looking out to a fabulous garden!

The bathroom is a shared bathroom as the room is in their family home: this was not clear from the description (I was okay with this, but others who desire their own ensuite may not be).

Lovely People, great location & breakfast choice was very good, there at your agreed time every morning with Coffee, orange juice on tap..

If I was going too niggle about anything it would be need a new mattress as had springs digging into me. Mentioning it as it will help as they are probably not aware unless they slept in that bed

Everything, it’s 1 minute from the A2, and breakfast thrown in at the price

Nothing. Believe me as a CAMRA inspector I look for things… I found nothing… oh maybe an extra pillow but that is serious nit picking
