The was nothing I like about that place🤞the was too much air getting in the room under the door because the was big space btwn the door n the floor so I even call guy at the reception to come n c n ask if there's anad room or if he can give me the heater. The bed n the headboard was worse.

The staff are absolutely brilliant!! Best service I've received in a long time, no matter the time of day or night, 24/7!!

The bathroom light is on a timer which switches off whilst you are in the shower, then you have to get out of the shower for the motion detector to switch them on again. There is no bedlamp to switch lights off whilst in bed as well as to have the main lights off so as not to disturb the rest of the family whilst reading at night.

The location was very good considering that I was there for a football match at Loftus Stadium and the linen was clean.

Nothing much I had to get tea from outside my room instead of having the items needed for making tea in my room

The rooms are well designed, and a good gesture of having a rose by the bed it's exceptional

The fact that the door wasn't locking and closing properly, I didn't like it at all.
