"Great value with all you need"

The hosts sent clear instructions for self check in due to our late check in. The room was clean, had everything you need including a pint of fresh milk in the mini fridge. Good off the road parking and outstanding value for money.

All good really. Room was a little compact, but certainly nothing to complain about

"Ideal budget accommodation to suit our requirements for an over-night stay."

Excellent location for all the facilities within Sleaford and the property benefits from own private parking. Quite during the night both from outside noise and/or other guests coming & going. Everything you'd need from budget accommodation and a short stay.

Pillows and the pillow protectors require replacement.

"Highly recommend"

So close to Sleaford, walkimg distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. Lots of little extra touches like cleansing wipes, shower gel, and a bottle of milk in a mini fridge for tea and coffee. We didn't stay for breakfast, but that's only £5 for continental, and there was loads of choice. Parking on site was great too . Brilliant value for money. I would highly recommend it!

Stairs are quite steep in the building so not so good for those with mobility issues.

"Perfect house location"

We liked how close it is to the town centre, and the allocated off road parking was a massive bonus....the cleanliness of our room was exceptionally....

A few more normal coffees would be great as not everyone can drink decaf....but that's a very tiny thing and it most certainly wouldn't put me off going and staying again and again.
