I self checked in with easy instructions from the owner, I was upgraded from a single bed to a double bed room at no extra cost. The rooms were well stocked with tea, coffee and water with biscuits and a little fridge with fresh milk. The bed was very comfy and I slept well and in the morning, I showered in a spotless shower with nice shampoo and conditioner provided.The property was handy to the city centre and there was parking available off road at the rear of the property. Highly recommended.

"An exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable guesthouse, ideal for a short break in Sleaford."

The owner was very friendly and took time to welcome us, explain how things worked and ensured we were aware of all of the facilities. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The guesthouse was in a convenient location, just a short walk from the town centre and it also has on site parking. For a small extra fee a continental breakfast is also available. Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like! People with mobility issues should be aware however that the stairs are quite steep.
