Perfect location, still accessible by car, excellent service upon arrival and lovely service for breakfast with Leonida. R loved our stay in the heart of Ortigia!

Easy to hear the neighbours in the other room, but it was totally ok.

Not enough electricity sockets. Furthermore, staff should be a bit more available to answer queries, especially on the practical arrangements for checking in/out.
