The place is well located and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was delicious, and the ladies in the morning serving it were super nice and kind to us. In general, I think it is a good solution for a quick visit to Siracusa.

Maybe the room should be aired a bit more, I think the smell was not great, but it's ok. Also, I think it is too difficult to reach the room; there are so many codes to put in the door, and you have to call the owner so he can open you. It would be better and easier to have someone there also for those who do not have internet access, maybe. Self-check-in is usually good, but when it is not too complicated!

Good location, comfortable bed, nice new furniture, nice service

Breakfast starts too late 8:30 , but the kitchen is open all day for coffee and pastry. Also no parking, ztl area. But the place issued me a temporary permit just to drop down our suitcases at the room and drive to a public parking. 10 minutes walk from the room. The breakfast area is tiny. I would prefer to eat down stairs at the coffeshop. We stayed 2 nights, the first morning breakfast was good, the second day breakfast included only cold pastries, no butter.

Excepcional! Localização excelente,limpeza ,conforto, café da manhã variado. Atendimento da Sra Loredana e Jasmine foi incrivel! Nos sentimos em casa. A cozinha fica aberta 24h com vários produtos a disposição: bolos,pães,cafés,etc....Sr Angelo foi muito solicito ambém. O check-in online foi perfeito. Voltaria 1000 vezes!!!
