The Burnside

We went for my partners birthday and I requested a little happy birthday note in the room. The owner left a lovely card and a delicious home made cake which was an amazing touch, thank you. We also left a shirt in the room which the owner happily posted back to us very swiftly. Very helpful and lovely to have breakfast included. Thanks for our stay.

We stayed in the self catering cottage. It was brilliant. Warm enough, comfortable bed (important!), with everything that we needed. Location was good too.

It was lovely and quiet, the breakfast was excellent, the chalet was clean and comfortable, and we had a relaxing time with good company.

The host was very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Good quiet location in beautiful countryside.

Very comfortable bed, private room. The hosts were amazing and made sure everything was okay with our stay. It was also lovely to see all the wildlife including the chicken walking around on a morning.

Loved the drive up to the property- only sheep for miles - nature at its best. Discrete block of wooden chalets with cute barn doors. Everything in side that was required - very clean but also welcoming and homely.

Nothing really - the host Jenna was lovely - a very family affair - and environmentally conscious.

Beautiful cottage up in the village, every thing you needed, clean, tidy and comfortable, we had a great time , highly recommended :)
