Elegant, well equipped, spacious apartment. Five minutes walk from great range of restaurants and shops, and easy walking distance to wine tram . Very safe and quiet area. Comfortable bed and powerful shower . James is an exemplary host. Great communication before and during our stay . Couldn’t do enough to help us with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Always available but never intrusive. Delicious breakfasts cooked to order by Norma who also did our laundry which we really appreciated.Norma is a lovely lady, gracious and she looked after us so well . She and James are a great team! Lovely private pool and garden. Looking forward to staying here again when we’re next in Franschhoek , and seeing James’s new extension and renovation- with his attention to detail and good taste we’re sure it will be fantastic. Vielen Dank an James für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und die ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Franschoek. Die Unterkunft ist super, groß, modern, sauber und top ausgestattet mit einer super Lage. James ist als Host so liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Ein großer Dank an Noma für dieses Frühstück. Es wurde von Noma sogar unsere Wäsche gewaschen ohne Kosten (wir haben Trinkgeld gegeben). Die Lage ist sehr gut und man erreicht die Stadt leicht zu Fuß, kann mit dem Fahrrad fahren oder von dort auch die WineTram nehmen. Es war wirklich ein sensationeller Aufenthalt und wir können es weiterempfehlen.

De eigenaar James is een ontzettende vriendelijke gastheer. Tijd voor een praatje en wat goede tips in de buurt. Het appartement/huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd door Norma. Ook heel vriendelijk, zonnetje in huis. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en ontzettend lekker. We hebben genoten van Franschhoek. Dankjewel James.

Fantastic place to stay. Good location- central to all art galleries, restaurants, market, 15 min walking from Wine tram station. Very comfortable warm bed, cozy rooms and beautiful garden with pool. James is very friendly host, he made the best fresh fruit salad and gave good tips for our wine tram tour. Breakfast was exceptionally delicious and freshly made. Would stay again in future!

James and his staff are really lovely. They gave as useful advices in terms of the activities! The breakfast was excellent! Also the accomodation has much space and it felt like our own cozy home! We recommend staying at this place !
