We could not have been made to feel more welcome. The decor is outstanding & the breakfast absolutely delicious. Such nice touches such aa little brownies on arrival, lovely bath products. We really appreciated the use of a lounge too. Julia is a consummate host....thank you. Easy access to Lincoln too via the bus in the village

We loved everything. So welcoming, informative comfortable the food was delicious and after a fantastic interior with lots of character etc you were able to visit and sit in the garden.

There was nothing to dislike.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! If you like period properties this is for you. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom and shower and also a guest sitting room available! The welcome treats were a nice treat and the hostess Julia was absolutely lovely too! Breakfast was amazing, and again the attention to detail was outstanding. Quality produce used. We would definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area again will rebook. Handy to get into Lincoln, only a 10-15 minute drive away and great park and ride bus service too.

The house had lots of little extra touches, umbrellas, toiletries ( really nice ones!!) Dressing gowns, radio, and the list goes on! House full of character, uneven floors, low ceilings, be mindfuloff those! Jules the host, was amazing, nothing to much trouble. Breakfast amazing! All local produce. My friend and I had afternoon tea in their tea rooms, was lovely, especially the home made sausage rolls. The tea rooms are next door, beautiful with a shop incorporated. Selling lovely knick knacks and Maileg mice. Her daughter was also there, so welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend. Close to Lincoln set in a beautiful village. Pub 3 doors down, very handy. Can't recommend highly enough

Some road noise at 6:00 Am no grab rails for shower no shaving socket bed uncomfortable

A TV in the bedroom would be nice although it was good to have a sitting room.
