La struttura è accogliente, confortevole e pulitissima. Io ho occupato la stanza singola, con letto ad una piazza e bagno in comune. Il punto di forza della stanza è il balconcino in privato e il silenzio dell'ambiente circostante. Nella struttura oltre me c'erano altre 2 persone, né viste né sentite nonostante fossimo in un appartamento. Sebbene il bagno è in comune l'ho trovato estremamente pulito e funzionale. La posizione della struttura richiede una valutazione soggettiva perchè può variare a seconda dell'esigenze. Io dovevo dare un esame all'università Giustino Fortunato" e quindi per me la posizione della struttura è stata ottima così come è ottima per chi deve fare visite mediche all'ospedale di Benevento. Per chi invece è in visita della città potrebbe risultare troppo delocalizzata, anche se è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, il fatto è che il bus urbano passa ogni 40minuti, ma chi viaggia con mezzi propri non avrà alcun problema, anzi la consiglio proprio per la tranquillità. In conclusione, struttura promossa a pieni voti. Consigliata

Mi serviva un B&B per la notte con un costo contenuto. Ho trovato ciò in LA VILLETTA con bagno in comune molto pulito, camera semplice ma silenziosa e ampio posto auto nella strada. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile aspettandomi fino alle 22.00 fuori dell'orario del check-in. Mi sono trovato bene.
