The host was not quite rude and it’s on the exact opposite side of town as train station, although an ok bike ride away

The person was very rude and unfriendly. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The place is very clean, it is quite calm at night

Lack of care about guests comfort. Too many rules, too little hospitality. We asked if we could have breakfast or at least coffie in the morning and the answer was 'no, you HAD to order this while booking, the day before no way' No toilet paper in the lavatory, and rules rules rules every where - in the room, in the toilet, in the hall. We really felt they wanted us to feel uncomfotable. And keep in mind - the place is quite far from everywhere, you'll need a car to get to the city

The place was very clean and the host was patient and hospitable. The location was good, as it was close to other family members.

Breakfast was too early, given it was Christmas period and most people are out till late, so preferred to have a later start in the morning.
