The owner was very acomadting and changed are room to a lower floor for us very clean room and comfy bed close to everything you need

Very helpful, friendly manager, property a little dated but very clean and tidy, nice and quiet on the Saturday night we stayed .Excellent location for Theatre, shopping, beach and amusement. 24 hour parking a block away.

Plenty tea and biscuits. Nice touch with the chocolates and water. Nice big room.

Room dusty. Double bed, mattress was broken and told maid must of missed that. Mattress was replaced and also offered another room. When taking sheets off bed to change mattress, stained sheets underneath was disgusting and under bed divan was filthy like bed had never been moved to clean under it. . I asked after last time I stayed there a few weeks before about getting rooms 2 and 5. Said it was no bother. Got here. Number 2 room lock broke and 5 not available, so obviously no follow up on previous email. Should of took more photos, but just wanted to go.

The location was excellent for everything, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable.

Not much to not like, apart from a bit of breakfast would of been nice but not a big deal

Almost nothing, cleaner was polite and nice to talk to the 2 times we did.

The misleading pictures falsely advatising rooms and a hotel that looks nothing as shown in person. No staff at all for our 4 day stay except cleaner was instead instructed to go to the culipso 4 doors down for anything or any issues. Non existant security, the main 2 doors were always left latched letting anyone in but even if they were locked there is a door inside always unlocked allowing full access from the hotel next door. The room was not even close to been as advatised damaged bed base, stains on mattress protector, holes in walls. This is a hotel that children as young as 6 months stay yet on the floor below me, my partner and my 9 month old son there was homeless accommodation (yet another thing not disclosed when booking this hotel is shelter for the homeless too) this alone is no problem. the fact they where smoking weed openly in there rooms letting other homeless people in as and whenever they want adding to the utter lack of security for any paying guest and there family or loved ones having police out to stop them fighting at all hours then leaving bags of bloody clothes left on there outside door handle for all to see. Save yourself stress and money and stay anywhere else in Blackpool best advice I can give after our horrific stay at the aspire.
