Perfekte Lage zum Winter Gardens. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Ich war dort mit einem Teenie, die Typen, die sich dort abends im Eingangsbereich aufhielten, wirkten nicht vertrauenswürdig, auch das Hotel nebenan wirkte nicht gerade einladend. Insgesamt ist das Hotel abgewohnt. Es wundert mich daher nicht, dass es eines der wenigen Hotels in der Gegend von Winter Gardens ist, das für die nächstjährige Magic convention noch buchbar ist. Wir haben für 2027 eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gefunden.

The friendlies off the staff, clean and tidy room, great facilities, comfy bed and a great location.

Have stayed before, great location excellent small but clean rooms with everything provided. Fridge, tea coffee, water. Comfy bed with good quality bedding.

The location was good .that's it.

When flushing toilet it makes an annoying loud noise for about 10 mins after flushing it (shower is tiny)but water pressure was good and hot (only positive for the place).the beds slide all over the wooden floor the mattresses (if you would call them that).as soon as you sit on it is slides everywhere.old musty smell in the room.only 2 small towels provided for twin room and nobody came to change the towels or room service.only 1 key given which does the main door and middle door and the same key fits your room key aswell which I found strange and unsettling and unsafe.1 spoon for the tea and coffee facility.paint on wall peeling off from damp .flimsy cheap blinds for the windows that let's all the light in.And the tv was no bigger than a magazine and the remote was not working either ,the up and down volume button didn't work.very uncomfortable stay .I paid £100 for 2 nights but it's only worth £40 in my opinion and that's because of location .also something weird happened in that room while I was there with the lighting (bed wall lights) .would never go back.i stayed in room 4 (twin room).

Staff were fab, hotel very clean and very comfortable rooms
