Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please inform the property in advance. After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and the key collection. Please note that this property does not accept any hen or stag parties. By making a reservation, you have agreed to all policies, including agreeing that any and all 'damage' to property that occurs during your stay, including replacement or repair costs to damaged furnishings, items or fixtures including (and not limited to) sheets, towels, bedding, rugs, tubs or showers will be deducted from the deposit. The property reserves the right to determine to what extent the items can be repaired, dry cleaned or if they need to be replaced. Please note, the following parking prices apply: 24 hours: GBP 10.00 48 hours: GBP 12.00 72 hours: GBP 13.00 96 hours: GBP 15.00 Parking fees can only be paid in GBP 1 coins. A deposit may be required at the property.
