Perfect location for what we wanted to do staff Perfect breakfast very nice staff were brilliant nothing was a problem & so friendly would definitely stop there again

Sink in the bathroom was a bit small but definitely not a problem

The location was amazing, Beds comfy.

No welcome staff at the B&B we had to go 3 doors down to check in and out, Tap not functioning correctly, Hairs in the shower and bunk beds, stains on sheets and duvets, Previous guests clothes down the side of the bed and very dusty. Glad I got this at a discounted price because I booked late. I didn't check in until 8pm so surely the room should have been prepared.

Good location as it was near the Winter Gardens

Seems to be a doss house for DSS. Place stinks of cannabis. Booked for 5 nights… moved out after 2 due to fighting and screaming in next room. Occupants antics not the fault of the place, but the management not quick to sort things out either. The perpetrators seemed to be moving between Aspire and Calypso frequently… when they weren’t trying to get into my room in middle of the night! Asked for a refund…. Ignored
