Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera era pulita ed in ordine, il bagno abbastanza ampio. Stanza dotata di tutto il necessario, molto moderna con una cucina condivisa al piano terra.

Poco isolamento acustico, sia per via dei rumori provenienti dalle scale, sia per rumori esterni alla struttura
