Super host- very kind and helpful. There was no problem to check in at 22:30. Room was super designed - as an architect it was a pleasure to stay here. Shower in microcement and with Window above looks awesome. Localisation is excellent.

Breakfast is just croissant, cappuccino and juice. But bar is nice!

Amazing value for money. Furthermore, they don’t only offer you water, coffee, brioches, etc in the kitchen, but also give a coupon to take breakfast in a bar nearby the location. Top!

The rooms are not really sound proof, but still there are only three so it’s not a big deal

The Bed was very comfortable, and Francesco (part of the Staff) was incredibly helpful, even though the late check-in. He helped us with a problem with the door lock and also tried to help us with the situation with the bathroom (even though unsuccessfully).

The Breakfast is a combination of supplies bought and stored at the common area, or it's a voucher for a Café close by. Not bad, but honestly disappointing... The room is in one floor, and the bathroom is on the floor below. The access is made by a steep ladder (check pictures), which seems incredibly dangerous. So we accessed the bathroom from the outside by another door (Francesco was kind enough to provide us with that key).

It's a very nice place .
