Hurstbourne

A lovely home where I was made most welcome & comfortable ; a home from home really!

Literally, there was nothing not to like about this home.

Within walking distance of the town and station. Parking was no problem. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room is well appointed with plenty of nice touches, like flask of cold milk for your tea/coffee, juice and bottled water. There were plenty of towels, the shower was clean, hot and high pressure. I was there for a reunion at RMAS, so didn't need to use the garden which was under renovation (plus it was October), but I am guessing it will be really nice when finished. The bedding was nice and the bed comfortable. There is a sofa to sit on. If you are on business then there is a large table to work from with plenty of power sockets.

It felt like a total ripp off of my money. Definitely not value for money by far.!! The time to book in shows between 2 to 5pm but by 6 o'clock that's when the space was declared okay. Brankets were very dirty not fit for human health standards. Couldn't spend a night their left after 2 hours of stay. Totally disappointed. The advert did not reflect the actual status of the property. There is a lot that need to be done by the property owners!!! Otherwise the experience their was bizarre .l submit .

Reception. No one was their at the time of arrival to welcome . All doors were locked. I Was expecting the big place but literally it was just like visiting at the neighbour . This felt like l was scammed 😪

The hosts were super friendly and helpful and even drove us to our party and came and picked us up for a small charge.

No complaints.

Very nice place to stay in the vicinity of Heathrow. Very kind hosts, the type of people you would like to invite over to dinner. Breakfast was not officially included but we still were offered breakfast croissants and coffee. Perfect for us.

Really nice rooms and friendly hosts.
