Hurstbourne

The hosts (Steve and Deborah) were very welcoming and moved their car so that we could park on site. The room was exactly as described by words and photos. Bed was very comfortable. In-room snacks/fruit/drinks were very welcome. Excellent continental breakfast served at the time of our choosing. My wife was taken ill and we had to arrange medical treatment and make very hasty rearrangements - cancellations, new bookings etc (were supposed to fly out of Heathrow at 10am). Steve and Deborah were very sympathetic, accommodating and gave advice. Their calm support was much appreciated at a very stressful time.

The Hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful! Hurstbourne was on a quiet street and neither too far from the Camberley Train Station nor the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Our travel plans changed after we had made the initial reservation and an additional family member was going to be joining us. Another room was made available with no fuss and a reasonable rate. Moreover, the rooms and en suite were well-appointed and quite comfortable. The light breakfast available each morning was fresh and had plenty of variety. We could not have asked for a better stay!

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. We felt at ease with the Hosts and could've asked them any question. If they didn't know the answer, we're certain that they would've done some research to find out...They even let us do a load of laundry in their washing machine, so we wouldn't have to make a trip to a laundromat.

Stephen, the host was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows (my pet peeve when staying away from home) were perfect. The studio had a very comfortable sofa and a nice table and comfy chair to sit at whilst working at my computer. There was a coffee machine and plates etc... The bathroom/rain-forest shower were exceptional. There's a TV with Netflix (although I used my computer - the wifi worked great).

The location was excellent for access to the family and friends I was visiting and the house was comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were warm and considerate and, arriving cold and hungry, I appreciated the hot shower and snacks provided, as well as the flexibility to come and go late into the evening.
