The service was excellent from the lady that was on. duty(pardon I can't remember her name).

As loadshedding was affecting the area, they should have the 2nd option to deal with it, not to also affect the guests. Frozen food tasted off(sausages)

The staff on arrival they were expecting us and welcomed us with open hands. Since we were attending a concert they gave us the key of our room and the gate never had this experience b4.the lady asked about what we would like to hv for breakfast and she delivered.
