Bathroom facilities not being in the same room. Towels looks old with stains

The guy working there is very friendly

Firstly,I booked a room with twin beds,they wanted to give us doublebed room. I said no we want the twin beds room. The room were dirty,although he said that he did clean it. There were also no sugar for coffee🙈

Bedroom was clean.

There is only cold water in the basin and no sink plug. I did not know the bath room was seperate from the bed room.

The reception was quite good. Maxwell, the gentleman who received me at the gate, was very warm and welcoming.

1. I happened to be stuck in Centurion and needed a place to sleep as I was dog tired. I scoured around online for an affordable place to stay and found Centurion Sleep and Go minutes before the close of their check-in time. Unfortunately, I only noticed this detail of the check-in time AFTER I'd selected the place and paid for it. On arrival, I had to cough up an extra R50 for the convenience of being let in after the 8pm close of their check-in time. I so wish this detail of paying and extra fund for checking in late had been clearly specified in the description of the place. I was not entirely responsible for being stuck in Centurion at that time.
