The bathroom lock was faulty could only open from the outside.

The location was safe and secure.

Unfortunately, my stay at 13 Swallows was disappointing. There was no hot water available for showering, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the room had no kettle or complimentary coffee, which is something I expect from even basic accommodations. The most concerning issue was the strong smell of wet paint in the room. It was overwhelming and made it difficult to breathe — I struggled to sleep because of it. This raises health and safety concerns, especially for guests with respiratory sensitivities. I hope management addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.

Big UP for a proper shower head, loved that!

May I suggest putting in a door for the bathroom, not very practical if you are sharing with someone other than your spouse.
