"Horrible!!, I reported to landlord, she disputed my claims even though recording of noise was sent"

Location

Walls are thin, I could hear sex noise from other guests. Another guest opposite my room wanted to take advantage of me suggesting we must make the same noise. Bathroom was outside the room. Bed linen was not clean had stains. Bar fridge had cockroach inside.
