NOTHING! The host is a liar that ignored my calls, didn't give me access/entry and continued to lie when I raised the issue with bookings.com even though I called her to make arrangements about my late arrival which was just over 30 minutes due to traffic.

The host has zero customer service and honesty. She's a liar and possibly racist because why would you feel comfortable with taking someone's money then refuse them entry even though they reached out to you? As per my picture attachments you can clearly see that I called her but she's busy lying saying I did not make any effort to communicate but she was able to respond to my dispute at 00h00. Where's the customer service on all this? How do I even know that she's a white lady if I did not talk to her? I demand a full refund!

The B&B is in a quiet area and very close to the shops. Is it also not very far from Mall @ Reds. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. Boika who is the caretaker is very sweet, welcoming and goes over and beyond to ensure the guests are happy.

One of the rooms we booked was outside, the guests' recommendation was that the owner can maybe add a small gate for easy access to the laundry room instead of having to through the house.

WiFi password listed at door was incorrect. Television signal kept cutting out ( losing signal )
