Beautiful room, coffee machine and real milk in fridge, good shower, great location

Bed was firmer than we personally like

Right in the middle of Dartmouth, we did not move the car once we arrived. It was a busy area, but quiet at night and with a lovely balcony and view.

Everything was on point. Great stay and would certainly book again and reccomend to others. Only thing was park and ride was £10.60 per day. But after speaking to Noel, he said to call him and he would reccomend another parking option. He is very helpful and we will certainly do that on our next stay. Thank you Noel. Situated in the centre of Dartmouth, in a fairly quiet area. A good base for exploring. I was sent clear instructions on how to access the property and room. There’s a lot to do in the area and it was a very short walk to the harbour and the boats. I came by public transport which worked well. Comfortable room. Good value. Shops, restaurants, facilities all very close by so just having tea/coffee in the room doesn’t matter as can easily access what you want.

The location and charm of the accommodation! Very clean and comfortable and central to all amenities! Lots of breakfast and eating establishments local, free parking a bonus too!

Lovely room for our one night stay. Clean with especially lovely bedding. Balcony a bonus for a warm summers night. Definitely worth the cost and would use again 😊

There was nothing not to like.

The property was easily located by the market It was beautifully maintained and decorated and spotlessly clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Milk was provided in a fridge located in the wardrobe which was very welcome. Extra pillow were available too. We liked the key safe for the room door and the digital entrance to the main door which meant we didn’t have to carry keys around with us. We will definitely return.

Just the fact that we could stay longer.
