The location of the property is excellent. The property is comfortable and clean. Lovely bedding & extra large bath sheets.

The step into the shower is very deep and without a rail to hold onto when getting in/out. It is especially difficult when slippy. There should be a small bin in the kitchen area but space is limited. Parking can be an issue.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Dartmouth. lovely room which was clean and well equipped. great communication from the owner prior to my stay. would definitely recommend.

Good all round

Perfect location, all you could need was provided. Very clean. Host thought of everything. Just a minute walk to cafes/bars/restaurants/shops.

Bed was a little small which made it really hot. Had patio doors open which helped. Both front & room door were very noisy when some inconsiderate guests were coming in and out early hours. However I assume these doors are a fire regs thing and probably can’t be helped.

Clean, comfortable, good location. If you time it right, free parking. Didn’t use the car all weekend.

Perfect place to get to the river and everything around Dartmouth by foot. Only minutes from the Harbour. An M and S food hall literally within minutes walk, too, if you want to grab a snack while you're out and about. The bed was the comfiest I've slept in for years!

Location right in the centre of Dartmouth, free parking outside.

The room was cramped, and one of the chairs on the balcony was broken.
