Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Good shower

The room was bijou but adequate for 2 nights

Noel is a very nice guest, available for information about the area. The bus was starting later on the day I left and Noel he was kind enough to let me check out later than expected. The house is very well located in the center of Dartmouth, 2 minutes walk from the shops and the port.

The noise from the pub downstairs, which lasted every evening until 11.00pm. But I think this cannot be avoided as the rooms are located in an old house right next to the pub.

Central location with a balcony we had parking outside which was a bonus

No bin in main room

Great central location, nice view onto the fields above Dartmouth, nice compact and very clean flat, nice balcony

A bit noisy with local pub, but you have to expect this in central location

Listed as "Bed and Breakfast" on Booking.com, but doesn't do breakfast. Not the property's fault, but Booking.com should make this clearer.
