303 BnB Inn Flagstaff

Kim has done a fantastic job with this B&B. What stood out most was the incredible attention to detail and how well everything was organized. There were clear notes and instructions throughout the property, making it easy to find everything you needed while also explaining the house rules in a way that helped ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone. The place had everything you could need, including a gym, a well-equipped shared kitchen, a games room, and relaxing outdoor spaces like the balcony and patio. Breakfast was also lovely, with a fresh and delicious spread prepared every morning. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed place to stay. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Flagstaff.

With only 4 rooms in a residential neighborhood, the property was very quiet. It was nice to meet other guests on the porch or at breakfast. Rooms are cleverly decorated.

The TV and A/C are a bit quirky to use.

Everything! Great host!! Never had breakfast cooked for us, this was awesome! Very nice & cozy room. Than you, Kim, for a wonderful stay!

The house was smartly decorated. There were patios to sit outside on and relax. There were three couples and us but there was plenty of room for us all. The four bedrooms are designated by color. We were in the green room. There was a split heater/air conditioner which kept us comfortable. This is a traditional Bnb so we were served plated breakfast. Pancakes one morning and a veggie quiche the next morning. They were delicious. We did a load of laundry right there. They provided the laundry detergent. There was a game /theater room. Kim and Woody were on site and available 24/7. Both were very personable and accommodating to our needs.

Could use more room in the bathroom for my stuff. Didn't take away from the lovely time we had there.

Excellent place to stay, comfortable beds & wonderful decor. Breakfast was fantastic & Kim is a fantastic host.

An awesome BnB in a great neighborhood. Close to downtown. It is absolutely charming. We had the purple room and very comfortable. Great balcony upstairs to sit out and enjoy the summer weather. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, kitchen with all the amenities and a game room/pool table. Easy parking! Kim was warm, inviting and charming! Two breakfasts’s were delicious!!! Just a wonderful 2 night stay for us.
