Eastview Bed and Breakfast

Location was perfect for me. Safe , quiet, friendly area. Picturesque scenery , cosy, homely , better than I expected. Breakfast was excellent and fresh

Eastview is a lovely B&B in a beautiful village. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The water company were working on the water which made the water pressure too low to have a bath or a shower

Breakfast was very tasty and service was relaxed. Village was charming and calm. House was quirky and lovely at the same time.

The atmosphere inside was sooo cosy, and everything was set up with the comfort and convenience of guests in mind. We had our fairly large dog with us and were mostly just wanting to walk around the countryside with her, and our host Lana was very knowledgeable about the local area and pubs. The breakfasts she cooked were lovely too! It was a perfect cosy stay for a couple.

There wasn't an enclosed garden (this wasn't a surprise though - it's stated on the web page), so if you wanted to safely let your dog off lead you had to walk a few minutes down the road. It wasn't a problem for us though

I had a vegetarian breakfast. It was very filling but included a mixture of food

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Everything was very good and the evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

The only downside to the whole stay was having to heat our evening meal in one small microwave - the meal was lovely but it was quite a task to get everything hot but not overcooked at the same time.
