The second room access is outside, so if you have small children who you plan to use the second room, be aware of this.

Fantastisc, peaceful location. Lovely family home and gardens Given a short tour by Izzy. Plenty of area to sit, read etc. Breakfasts created by Beaumont were imaginative and very tasty.

Would have been nice to have some chairs in our bedroom (but not essential as there were comfortable chairs elsewhere in the house)
