Everything, oak meadow, wildlife, birds,hot tub and relative quietness ,had place to ourselves most of the time.

Cleanliness, location is closer to Yosemite National Park than lodging in Groveland.

They do not allow you to leave your well behaved dog in room.

This house was fully stocked with everything you need for a weekend (or longer) in the countryside. From comfy robes to a fully stocked kitchen, to plenty of charging cords, we had everything we needed.

Une odeur de moisi tenace règne : les tapis ultra-usés ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes peu ragoûtantes; machine à café sale avec des filtres jaunis repoussants, chaises tachées, pas de couteau, bref dans un jus très ancien; à l'arrivée le code de la porte avait mal été programmé par la propriétaire, il a fallu l'appeler plusieurs fois mais n'a jamais répondu, il a fallu laisser un message vocal pour qu'elle débloque la situation, aucune communication vocale, uniquement par des SMS, on s'attendrait à mieux à ce prix; chambre dans un bloc très isolé et sans lumière le soir - très cher pour ce que c'est

Very nice. Wonderful location

Scarce equipment in the kitchen, no knifes.

Cute efficiency unit with a lovely walk-in shower and comfy bed. Plenty of internal space with a little coffee bar, fridge and microwave. The outdoor (shared) space is wonderful- full outdoor kitchen with multiple tables, hot tub with views, and hiking trails on the property. Communication with the manager was swift and easy.

Privacy between the bedroom area and bathroom area is limited; its a slider door. That's it. We loved everything else.

Very chilled, quiet, relaxing, hot tub was great especially the star gazing. Room very comfortable and spacious. Outdoor kitchen needs updating though.
