Mandaram villas

From the moment we booked we had wonderful service. This is the most lovely tranquil spot, literally a few minutes walk along a tree lined lane to the white sandy beach which was very quiet and unspoilt. The staff cant do enough to make our stay wonderful. The accommodation is spacious and modern but still full of character. Only 3 rooms, a lovely pool and chill out area. They have thought of everything, very comfortable rooms with sofas and chairs and very comfortable beds. The wifi is fast and the aircon modern and quiet! And the bathroom is just wonderful! We feel so lucky to have found this wonderful place. ( How could I forget the mention the evening meals which are out of this world!)

We asked for an extra bed as we travelled with our teenager. We got a rather thin mattress directly on the floor which I needed to use as my kid refused to sleep on the floor. Very uncomfortable, i got back pain after... Long check-in process, staff a little too intrusive, too many questions, not everybody likes that...

Mandaram villas is a beautiful place, and very tranquil. The villa is emaculate, with large rooms, a beautiful pool to relax and refesh, and a lovely communal area to sit. Surrounded by plants makes for a peaceful experience. Large, well equipped rooms, and just a few minutes walk from Marari beach. The dinner I had here was incredible, and breakfast is plentiful. Allwyn understands well what guests want, and has trained his staff who are all exceptional. Jesmi welcomed me and helped with information on activities to do in the area, and booking these. Bikes available for use was also an added highlight. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a brilliant stay at Mandaram Villas - it is surrounded by green natural beauty and only two minutes walk from a beautiful, peaceful beach. The rooms are spacious and the whole complex is incredibly clean and well kept. The hospitality from Allwyn, Jesmi, Binil, Asha, Archana and the team is some of the best I’ve ever had - they were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our whole stay. They went the extra mile to help us celebrate a special occasion during our trip. The team also arrange excellent yoga and massage sessions, and a kayaking trip around the Alleppey backwaters. The food at Mandaram Villas was a highlight of our stay - each breakfast and dinner we had was different and interesting, with the chance to a mix of local Keralan dishes. It is the best food we’ve eaten in Kerala!! I would definitely come back and recommend Mandaram Villas to friends.

Love the privacy this villa offers! Secluded & intimate, amazing pool & so close to the beach! The hosts were so kind and helpful during our stay.

The room was very comfortable and very well maintained! The pool was also really relaxing and also very clean. The staff here were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us! The food for the evening meal was exceptional we only wish he had room for more! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

We loved that Mandaram Villas is a "boutique" structure of only 3 very large bedrooms (with en suite large bathrooms). Each room has a patio or balcony with space to lounge and to have private breakfast and dinner. Both meals are served outside your room. All rooms overlook a pleasant swimming pool with water cascade and the lush of the vegetation. There is by the pool a convivial squared space where to relax, read and/or play some games. It is 300 meters from one of the entrance to the beach and very close to the beach bars and facilities of the Marari beach. It is also very close to the village that can be reached by foot or using one of the bikes provided. We were also impressed to see that the energy is provided by solar panels (well done to the management)! Great to meet a young and energetic lady as manager of the operations and her young colleagues. All a breath of fresh air and very pleasant to have around. The food is fresh and delicious.
