The host was so very accommodating and went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and lovely.

peaceful location. large bedroom. lovely hot water, and a proper bath, or shower. plenty of large white towels. hot water bottles available.

no duvets, blankets instead. a bit chilly in the evening. slightly unusual smell throughout.

Very peaceful location on edge of village

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room.

As only one set of guests are allowed at a time, a peaceful night is guaranteed. If like me you dislike noisy hotels with doors slamming and rowdy neighbours this place will suit you perfectly.

Strangely our eggs on toast were served without any butter on the toast. Perhaps this is the way things are done locally, but it seemed a bit odd.

Absolutely stunning location. Set in its own grounds, and just perfect. Ruth is a lovely lady who showed me to my room (which was huge) explained where everything was and what time breakfast was served Had a lovely sleep, beautiful well presented breakfast. Food was plentiful Would definitely recommend
