Lovely spacious room with a garden view. Rural location with plenty of wildlife.

Exactly the place I required, quite secluded and set in beautiful surroundings

I found the shower a little trying, difficult to get in and out of a high sided bath. Interesting that no toiletries were provided, however, fortunately I had my own.

Warm welcome despite the fact that I arrived soaking wet and looking like a drowned rat

The first thing you hear is the birdsong. Whitmore is peace, an oasis of calm in nature. Welcoming, kind & interesting hosts, a beautiful property, clean & pleasant accommodation. The gardens are fabulous. Hidden walks & discoveries round every corner. Many unusual trees & plants, birdsong, wild ducks flying overhead, views...

The twin room was huge, with a delightful view over the back garden, and with a settee for me to relax and read. I enjoyed the artwork and creative decor.

While it was good to have access to instant coffee and milk in the room, it would have been great to have had ground coffee with breakfast to set me up for the day.
