Please note that this property does not have a 24-hour front desk, therefore all check-ins are conducted by appointment. Please contact the property directly with estimated time of arrival. The property should be contacted directly to discuss availability of rooms that would accommodate families traveling with children, infants, or any additional occupants beyond base double-occupancy. Please note a deposit in the amount of 1 night's rate will be charged at time of booking. Please contact the property in advance of the scheduled arrival day with a one hour time-window to serve as a check-in appointment (for example, 3:00 to 4:00 PM). Maison Perrier will ensure that someone is on-site to greet arrivals. If an unforeseen delay is encountered, or guests are arriving earlier than initially anticipated, they should text or call the property owner at 504-352-2821 prior to the start of their original check-in window, and the staff will readjust in order to meet with them. Incoming guests are still welcome to arrive early, get their check-in paperwork completed, stow their luggage on-site, and property staff will move the luggage to the room while they are out enjoying their day. Rooms are guaranteed to be turned and ready no later than 3:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Comfortable and tranquil home from home."

Tom and Patricia are exceptional hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending Maison Perrier. The ceiling fan was a little squeaky for sleeping but some low level background noise on the phone easily dealt with that. Both Patricia and Tom were always on hand to dispense helpful tips and suggestions and the overall offering really makes you feel like you dont want to leave. Many thanks!

The breakfast was delicious and we also loved the location. Tom and Patricia were very helpful and accommodating. They also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and jazz music performances.

If you want a true New Orleans experience in a lovely neighbourhood, away from the hotel chains and noisy downtown area, then Maison Perrier is the best option. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful, well maintained, New Orleans mansion. We stayed in the Clair Room. The room and bathroom were clean, quite large and the bed was comfy. The antique furniture, the wooden steps, the jazz music playing in the background while you ate breakfast, made this trip incredibly memorable. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great info on restaurants to try and things to do. Breakfast was simple and just enough to start the day. Both Magazine Street and the St. Charles Street Car line were walking distance (about 5 mins) and the street cars were quite frequent. It took about 20 mins by street car into Canal Street and even less time by Uber. It was my first time visiting New Orleans and staying at Maison Perrier made the entire experience completely worth it. Absolutely loved it and will definitely return!!!

What didn't you like? ...... Not a valid question .... because we loved everything about Maison Perrier.

"Great staff very welcoming let down by the noisy A/C and breakfast"

Very traditional which is why picked it

We had the smallest room on the ground floor and we were aware that it was near the kitchen But not that there was VERY noisy A/C units just outside the window The breakfast was very basic No drawers for clothes only 1 small wardrobe!!!
