Please note that this property does not have a 24-hour front desk, therefore all check-ins are conducted by appointment. Please contact the property directly with estimated time of arrival. The property should be contacted directly to discuss availability of rooms that would accommodate families traveling with children, infants, or any additional occupants beyond base double-occupancy. Please note a deposit in the amount of 1 night's rate will be charged at time of booking. Please contact the property in advance of the scheduled arrival day with a one hour time-window to serve as a check-in appointment (for example, 3:00 to 4:00 PM). Maison Perrier will ensure that someone is on-site to greet arrivals. If an unforeseen delay is encountered, or guests are arriving earlier than initially anticipated, they should text or call the property owner at 504-352-2821 prior to the start of their original check-in window, and the staff will readjust in order to meet with them. Incoming guests are still welcome to arrive early, get their check-in paperwork completed, stow their luggage on-site, and property staff will move the luggage to the room while they are out enjoying their day. Rooms are guaranteed to be turned and ready no later than 3:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. We loved staying here. We really wanted to support the local community and a community business. Tom and Patricia were wonderful. Tom would give us incite on music to go see every night and great restaurants to try. He also helped us plan our visit. The place was quiet and quaint. Wow and the pastry and quiches were exceptional! Thank you!

"Excellent and Wonderful Stay at Maison Perrier!"

We love how the owner (Tom) is very communicative and informative. All the staff took care of us and made our stay very comfortable. The location is accessible to many places—within walking distance from stores, restaurants, and tram routes. The breakfast is superb. You can order ahead of time. Never pass on the quiche and pastry, they are amazing! We had to leave super early, so they prepared a to-go breakfast meal for us, which was very thoughtful. We will return to New Orleans and stay in Maison Perrier!

"Pampered, spoiled and throughly satisfied all while feeling like family."

There is no end to the praise we have for this WONDERFUL B&B!! The moment Tom greeted us we knew this was going to be a great choice. Tom gave us wonderful dining advice, kept us up to date daily with live music choices and he made sure we had everything we needed to really explore New Orleans. Patricia's breakfasts were delicious and all the little things she did to make us feel special...sweets left for us at night, breakfast choices always fresh hot and YUMMY!! TRY THE QUICHE!! We felt at home here while also being spoiled..we cannot wait to come back and we will always choose Maison Perrier!!

"Exceptional"

Exceptional on all levels. The owners went the extra mile to make sure our stay was just perfect. Their attentiveness not only allowed us to relax completely, but also left us with the feeling that we made the most out of our short stay in New Orleans. The Maison is very bright and sunny, the neighbourhood is safe, peaceful and nested away from the French quarter, while at walking distance from the Garden District.

"The best B&B in New Orleans!"

This B&B really made us feel this was our home away from home. It’s centrally located and really safe in the Garden District. We loved how clean and comfortable everything was. I would definitely stay here again.
