It was very different and I liked it the style was very quirky and interesting.

Quirky! Stunning property, beautifully decorated room. Philip and Nick were incredible hosts. Breakfast was exceptional and not just the food. It was a dining experience made more enjoyable by the ambience of the dining room. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere set by the sound of Rod Stewart and The Great American Songbook playing in the background. Highly recommend.

Very elegant, use of fine china and crystal. Very unique and quirky.

Lovely friendly welcome most of all. Amazing old building and very large enclosed gardens. They have 2 dogs and our 11 month Puppy Heather had the time of her life playing with 10 month old Fanny. The room and bathroom were very good. The character of the building and the antique furnishings were superb. Thank you ever so much for our stay with you.

Only that the 4 poster was a little creaky. But we still had a marvellous stay.

Location was great , close to the town. Breakfast was superb. Loved the decor. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with kindly provided water. Great spacious shower. Old worldly atmosphere which I love and the table settings were terrific. Friendly owners and colleagues.

Couldn’t get the lights above the bed to work but was so tired that this didn’t matter anyway.
