"Beautiful part of the world."

Our host was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Quite a small room, but fine for one night. Next to a busy road, but not an issue at night.

Easy parking, very comfortable bed, great shower, very clean.

It is quite close to the main road and was therefore a bit noisy however earplugs safe the day!

Very convenient for reaching the Isle of Wight Ferry. Room was superb with every facility you may need. Will definitely be back.

Convenient and pretty location for us, very clean practical and separate from the main building so plenty of privacy. Zoe was a fantastic host, made sure the room wasn’t sweltering on the hottest day of the year. She contacted us ahead of time to give us instruction on finding the place which ended up being very useful and was generally very kind and accommodating.

Slightly isolated but this didn’t really matter to us as we enjoyed the drive.
